Level set segmentation method in cancer's cells images

For early detection in cancer, it is necessary that cells be monitored on time. One of the first steps in the monitoring process is segmenting the cancer's cells. In this paper, we focused on the level set method and compared with snake active contour that use in image segmentation. Level set method is a fast and accurate approach that can be used in segmentation and reduce human interaction as possible.
